MARCH- Visiting Teaching Message
AUTHOR of FABLEHAVEN!!!
Krista found out that Fablehaven author, Brandon Mull, was going to be at Deseret Book and BEGGED me to take her. I told her when I could see carpet in her room (meaning her room was needing a deep clean) I would see. She knocked out her room in record time (which now I know she can do!) and we headed up to Draper to meet him. She waited in line for almost 2 hours and stayed giddy the whole time talking to the people around her that were just as excited. She got posters signed for her two aunts (Kami and Ashna) who introduced her to the series and I got what I wanted, a quick picture. Overall it was a fun night and Krista was thrilled.
OSCAR PARTY 2010 - Craig Johnson Home
We had a GREAT time at Craig and Darci's this year marking our ballots and watching the winners. We had great food and fun with lots of family and friends. I made the BEST German Chocolate Cake I ever ate and UP cakes for the movie UP. Looking forward to next year!
FAMILY SHOW - supporting Wade
Wade performed this show for almost 2 weeks. He was physically and mentally exhausted when it was over and even ended up with a MAJOR sinus infection. He was AMAZING and we were so blessed to have family be able to attend with us. Brooke and Erin, Todd, Carolina, Jake, Blake, Darci and Craig. Landen and Parker came another night. We were all SO proud of Wade as we watched him take the house down.
SAD VALENTINES DAY
Rob is still working in Texas so this was a hard Valentines year. We were far apart and I was pretty depressed. Lucky for me I have a wonderful husband who loves me and when I got home from work there was this BEAUTIFUL box of roses. Even though we were apart I felt him close and had a constant reminder for days how much he loves me.
