I was sitting thinking of my sister Sarah and thought I'd make up her favorite item to receive from me in the mail...FUDGE! I don't know of anyone who loves this more in my family. Mom made this when we were younger and has passed it on to me. I think it is best frozen (could be that is because Texas is so dang HOT!), and have had numerous "outer body experiences" LOL feasting on these bad boys while at the beach or when I just need a pick-me-up! Hope these brighten your day as they have mine.
Also decided to make a card of my brother DONNY PAULs favorite dish. Since before I can remember his eyes roll back in his head when he gets a plate full of these babies! Really simple to make and to enjoy.

I will never forget the time you strolled onto the beach with your cooler and whipped out this fudge...I had store bought dorritos and junk food...you pull out homemade fudge and mint brownies...you're the girl I always want to go to the beach with :)
