Every General Conference we have a tradition of making "dips" during the Saturday sessions. Our family favorite is Uncle Craig's Salsa. No matter how many times we make it, it doesn't taste as good as when he makes it! We miss being with him and his sweet family. However, we still try and love this special time of year when we get wonderful council from our beloved prophet and leaders of our great, true church.

I forgot to give you the correct amounts on this recipe. Change it to only 1 can of tomatoes. Use about 1 or 2 tsp. of the jalapeno juice and only 1 tsp. actual jalapenos. Don't dice the bell peppers very small. That should do it for ya. Good luck!
